Zumba® Instructor Bianca has been following group exercise classes over more than 12 years. These classes varied from aerobics (hi/lo), step aerobics, aqua aerobics, Body Pump and Street Dance. She is a qualified 'Exercise To Music Instructor' and has been teaching various group exercise classes. She has attended both Zumba® Basics Workshops Level 1 and 2 for Instructors in London. In addition to her fitness qualifications, Bianca is a Registered Exercise Professional (REPS member).

Mens Wedding Favours
If I had a penny for every time a bride asked me about suitable favours for men! Most of the men I have asked about wedding favours, quite frankly couldn't care less! The general consensus is if they can eat it or drink it they are good to go!! Some popular ideas are mini ruck sacks - maybe filled with sweets; luggage tags; bottle openers; miniature flask keyring.
Gliders and frisbees are also growing in popularity but I wouldn't advise them for indoors!

Wedding Fans
I love a summer wedding! Actually I love weddings full stop! There are so many different kinds of favours on the market at the moment that brides are spoilt for choice. I think for a summer, destinatation or outdoor wedding, a fan to ward off the heat makes a pretty and practical favour (and looks great in the photos). There are lots of different styles on the market; woven, buri and sandalwood fans are perfect for a beach wedding whilst silk and paper work well for an elegant wedding
Eco Friendly Favours
Many brides come to me looking for an alternative to the traditional favour boxes filled with sugared almonds. I love these little trinket boxes which can be filled with any kind of sweet for a modern twist or seeds from a favourite flower perhaps. They are cute and practical and can be used to store trinkets long after your wedding day.
